Online fertility care, led by a fertility specialist
Gala Fertility is fertility care for couples by telehealth. A licensed clinician reviews both of your histories and every result, explains them on a video visit and, if it is right for you, plans treatment one cycle at a time. Dr. Joshua Klein leads the medical team behind your care.
For male-female couples, both partners 18 or older.

Dr. Joshua Klein
- MD from Harvard Medical School, OB/GYN residency at Brigham and Women’s and Massachusetts General Hospital
- Reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at Columbia, board-certified reproductive endocrinologist
- Named a New York “Super Doctor” every year since 2017
- Assistant Clinical Professor, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai

What your clinician and care team do
- A licensed clinician who knows you both. Reviews both histories and every result, and leads your visits.
- A care team one message away. Questions answered by message or call, whenever one comes up.
- A check-in after every cycle. Your clinician reviews how it went and plans the next month with you.
Mostly from home
The intake, the video visit, check-ins and messages are online. Her bloodwork and pelvic ultrasound are at a location near you, and his semen analysis is done with a kit at home.

Questions, answered
Will we get medication?
Only if your clinician decides it is right for you. It is prescribed one month at a time, for up to six cycles, and shipped from a licensed US pharmacy. If a medication is prescribed off-label, your clinician explains what that means.
What happens after six cycles?
If you are not pregnant after six cycles, your clinician refers you to an in-person fertility clinic.
Where is it available?
It is not available in New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island. The intake checks availability in your state.
Will someone guide us after the tests?
Your clinician reviews and explains your results in a video visit. If treatment is prescribed, a check-in follows each cycle, and you can message your care team between visits.
Is anything not included?
In-person care after a referral, such as IUI or IVF at a fertility clinic, is not part of the program.
