Fertility test results, explained to you both
In Gala Fertility, a licensed clinician reviews every result for both of you. Your results show in your portal once a clinician has reviewed them, and your video visit covers what they mean and what comes next.

When in-person care comes first
Some findings are best treated in person, such as blocked fallopian tubes, low ovarian reserve, changes in the uterus or certain semen results. If your results show one of these, your clinician refers you to a fertility clinic or a reproductive urologist and explains why.

When do we see our results?
In your portal, once a clinician has reviewed them. Your video visit then covers what they mean and what comes next.
What if a result comes back out of range?
Your clinician reviews it, explains it and tells you what comes next. That can mean more testing, treating an infection before any fertility treatment, a vaccine through your primary care provider if you are not immune, or a referral.
Will someone guide us after the tests?
Your clinician reviews and explains your results in a video visit. If treatment is prescribed, a check-in follows each cycle, and you can message your care team between visits.
Will we get medication?
Only if your clinician decides it is right for you. It is prescribed one month at a time, for up to six cycles, and shipped from a licensed US pharmacy. If a medication is prescribed off-label, your clinician explains what that means.
What if we have already tried other options?
Tell us what you have tried in your intake. Your clinician reviews that history alongside both partners’ results and discusses what makes sense next, including a referral when needed.
